The American Heart Associations BLS Healthcare Provider
Re-Certification Course refreshes the student’s knowledge and skills of CPR for
victims of all ages, use of an automated external defibrillator (AED), and how
to relieve choking (foreign-body airway obstruction). It also reviews how to
recognize emergencies such as sudden cardiac arrest and how to respond to them.
